LEGIS
Our team
Dimitrios Moustakas graduated in 2002 from the Law School of A.U.TH. In 2005 he completed his Post-Graduate Studies in Commercial Law at the the Law School of A.U.TH. He specializes in Commercial and Tax Law and is also responsible for the penal litigation of our Law Firm.
He is a member of the Heraklion Bar Association and an Attorney at Law at the Supreme Court of Greece.
Anastasia Fragaki graduated in 2001 from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace. She is responsible for the Famliy, Property and Inheritance Law cases of our Law Firm.
She is a member of the Heraklion Bar Association and an Appellate Attorney.
Elpiniki Michalaki graduated in 2012 from the Law School of N.C.U.ATH. In 2015 she completed her Post-Graduate Studies in Finance and Banking from the University of Piraeus (The Financial and Institutional Framework of Money and Capital Markets). In 2019 she finished her training as Mediator.
She is a member of the Heraklion Bar Association and an Appellate Attorney.
