Review of tender participation documents, preparation of pre-contractual appeals and judicial protection in public procurement.

We support participation in public works, supply and services procurement procedures governed by Law 4412/2016, as amended. We review the tender notice, procurement terms and case documents, with emphasis on timely, organised legal preparation.

Review of participation documents

We examine required documents and declarations, their consistency with participation requirements and issues that may affect the admissibility or assessment of a tender.

Pre-contractual appeals

We prepare pre-contractual appeals before the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority where applicable, together with arguments, submissions and interventions. We assess the contracting authority’s acts or omissions and organise the supporting case material.

Judicial protection

We provide legal support in pursuing the judicial remedies available in each case, including interim protection where provided. The appropriate procedure and time limits are assessed against the specific tender and the applicable legal framework.
