These terms describe the use of the website and its information. Accessing it does not establish a contract for legal services.
Information and absence of individual legal advice
Practice descriptions, articles, commentary, decisions and attachments are provided solely for general information. They do not constitute an individual legal opinion, a recommendation to act or a substitute for a lawyer’s assessment of a specific matter.
The application of law depends on the facts, timing, documents and applicable legislation and case law. Obtain advice on your own matter before acting, or refraining from acting, in reliance on this website.
Specific disclaimer for the blog
The Insights section may contain legal articles, interpretative views, summaries or extracts of court decisions, references and PDF files. Each publication reflects the information and approach at its stated publication or revision date. It is not represented as covering every subsequent amendment, decision or alternative interpretation.
Summaries and commentary do not replace the full official text of a judgment or legal provision. Extracts may omit matters important to another case. Similar facts do not imply the same legal assessment, and publication of a decision is not a promise or guarantee of a similar outcome.
Views in signed articles are attributed to their authors and are not binding positions of a court or administrative authority. References and attachments do not certify the completeness or currency of legal research. No publication replaces a specific assessment of time limits, jurisdiction, admissibility or the requirements for exercising rights and remedies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the firm and authors are not liable for damage arising from treating or interpreting general information as individual advice without an agreed assessment of the specific matter. This disclaimer does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or affect mandatory legal rights.
Contact and engagement
Sending an email, making a telephone call or providing documents does not automatically establish an engagement or an obligation to take procedural action. An engagement requires express agreement with the firm on its scope, requirements and terms. Do not assume that deadlines or rights are being monitored before acceptance of the matter is confirmed.
Agree a suitable transfer method before sending sensitive or confidential documents. Electronic communications may be affected by delays, technical problems or security risks.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Original content, the logo and the website presentation are protected under applicable law. Personal informational use and linking are permitted. Reproduction or commercial use of original material requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party rights and the legal status of official texts, laws and decisions remain subject to applicable legislation.
External services and links
Links to other websites and services, including Google Maps, are provided for convenience. The firm does not control third-party content, privacy policies, availability or changes. Those services are subject to their own terms. A link is not an endorsement of all third-party content or services.
Proper use and technical availability
Use the website lawfully without disrupting its operation, infringing third-party rights or attempting unauthorised access. Efforts are made to maintain accuracy and operation, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or absence of technical errors. Errors or requests for correction may be reported to the firm’s email address.
Privacy and cookies
Data processing and optional service choices are explained on the separate Privacy and Cookies pages. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent access to informational content.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated by publishing revised wording. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or automatically amend a separate legal services agreement. Greek law applies, subject to rules that must apply mandatorily. If a term is held invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful.
